Malaysia's only casino resort at 1,800m elevation. Cool weather, theme parks, outlet shopping, and entertainment. 1 hour from KL by car or bus.

Pro tip: Take the Awana SkyWay cable car for stunning views. Book Genting SkyWorlds theme park tickets online. Bring a jacket - it's cool up there!

Aquarium

One of Southeast Asia's largest aquariums with 5,000+ marine creatures. Walk-through underwater tunnel, tiger sharks, and interactive touch pools.

Pro tip: Book online for discounts. Visit during feeding times (check schedule). Allow 2 hours.

Batu Caves

Religious Site

400-million-year-old limestone caves with Hindu temples. The 272 rainbow steps lead to a 42.7m golden statue of Lord Murugan.

Islamic Arts Museum

Sunway Lagoon

Malaysia's largest theme park with 6 zones: Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, Scream Park, and Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon. Over 90 attractions across 88 acres.

Tip: Full day needed. World's largest man-made surf beach. Book tickets online for discounts. Bring swimwear!

Merdeka 118

Landmark

World's 2nd tallest building at 679m (118 floors). The View at 118 observation deck on floor 116 will be Southeast Asia's highest. Features Edge Walk and Spire Climb experiences.

Tip: Observation deck opens late 2026. Park Hyatt hotel on level 75 is open. Worth seeing the exterior - it's spectacular at night.
